Cabernet Sauvignon 
Allowed to ripen on the vines until the end of the harvest season. The result is a wine with an intense garnet red color with violet hues. Sweet aromas of plums and cherries along with blueberries and chocolate entice the senses into wanting more. As the wine is tasted, an intense wine with lots of texture with a good balance of acidity allows this wine to finish with a delightful palate.
