Tempranillo
The grapes were handpicked at optimum stage of ripeness.  Clear meidum intense ruby-red color.  Clean medium intense aromas reminiscent of red cherries, strawberries, and mature plums withhints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla.  On the palate, it is medium-dry, medium-bodied with a pleasant balance betwen acidity and soft tannins.

Verdejo
The grapes were mechanically harvested throughout the night preservign their natural acidity and aromatic characters.  It is pale yellow in color with gold-green glints.  Enchanting aromas of zesty lemon blossoms, ripe apple, and a hint of peach and nice menerals.  The palate offers an energetic combination of fruits and minerals, finishing clean and brisk with a refreshing acidity.
